ForHealth Technologies offers IntelliFill
i.v. users the finest in support and service.
We provide customer support 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our Customer Support
Group of professionals represent more than 70 years of
experience in the robotics and medical-device fields.
Our centralized Customer Support Group is located at our
Daytona Beach office, while our full-time Field Service
Engineers (FSEs) are based throughout the country. Our
FSE coverage is complemented by Medical Equipment Repair
Associates (MERA), which has hundreds of field engineers
located in 72 service offices throughout the U.S.
To provide quick delivery of replacement
parts for your IntelliFill i.v., we have located a full
complement of spare parts at several UPS depots across
the country, which can be accessed by our field agents.
When to call Customer Support
Our goal is to provide a “one-call”
resource to make you as productive as possible in the
implementation, training and ongoing operation of our
device.
If you call during our non-regular-business
hours (outside of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET), you may
be asked to leave a message for a call back from a support
specialist. In this event, you can expect a return call
within two hours.
Although many support issues can be resolved
remotely, if you need on-site support we will dispatch
a service technician to be at your site no later than
the next business day. If a situation requires immediate
attention we can be on-site in eight hours or less.
