
When to Call Technical Support
FHT, Inc. offers IntelliFill
i.v. users the finest in support and service.
We provide customer support 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our Customer Support
team represents more than 70 years of
experience in healthcare automation and medical-device manufacturing.
Our Customer Support team is based in Daytona Beach, while our full-time Field Service
Engineers (FSEs) are located throughout the country.
Our goal is to make you as productive as possible in the
implementation, training and ongoing operation of the IntelliFill i.v.
If you call outside of our regular business
hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET), you may
be asked to leave a message for a return call from a support
specialist. In this event, you can expect a return call
within two hours.
Although many support issues can be resolved
remotely, if you need on-site support we will dispatch
a service technician to be at your site no later than
the next business day. If a situation requires immediate
attention, we usually can be on-site in eight hours or less.
